I have successfully built design teams, small and large (3 to 165) for numerous organizations and provided strong leadership to achieve common goals, with a 2% employee attrition rate over 4 years, by building a strong design culture.

I am based in Chicago but work globally with worldwide teams.

I have global design leadership experience in North America, South America, Europe, and APAC, including offshore design studios for companies like Accenture, Salesforce, and Autodesk, among others.

I’m not just a design executive, as I have successfully led multiple $1M+ engagements from sales to delivery, utilizing a design-thinking-led design/development process that led to an average of 50% increase in CSAT scores, with a strong focus on creative problem-solving and a good eye for patterns in research data.

Avanade/Accenture, where I grew revenue from $0 to $125M in assisted revenue, in less than 4 years, including 12 quarters of profitability.

Salesforce, where I grew design sales from a couple hundred thousand to $15M in practice revenue.
