I’m a Senior Design Leader with 15 years experience leading teams at Salesforce, Avanade, and Autodesk among others.

My focus has been on Product Design, Research and UX with 15 years of global design leadership and team-building experience in the consulting, agency, and product realms. I am based in Chicago but work globally with worldwide teams.


I have global design leadership experience in North America, South America, Europe, and APAC, including offshore design studios for companies like Accenture, Salesforce, and Autodesk, among others.

I’m not just a design executive, as I have successfully led multiple $1M+ engagements from sales to delivery, utilizing a design-thinking-led design/development process that led to an average of 50% increase in CSAT scores, with a strong focus on creative problem-solving and a good eye for patterns in research.
