The team was conducting surveys and analytics on projects, but wanted to go deeper with Research.
All the while, building the process, I made sure the “new way to work” integrated and did not disturbed the existing Emory Digital process.

I came onto this newly created team as a leadership consultant, to understand their existing process, how it integrated into other corporate processes, and improved the overall UX process and frameworks, This process included creating team training materials, and process checklists, as well as building a Center of Excellence corporate SharePoint site,
As part of the project I created a series of documents for the team, including:
Evaluation Domains - How the team should evaluate projects for UX
Evaluation Services - Redesigned and simplified the UX services for the team
User Surveys Field Guide - A guide to creating and launching surveys, and best practices
User Interview Field Guide - A guide to conducting user interviews, and best practices
User Testing Field Guide - A guide to conducting user testing, and best practices
UX Question Bank - A detailed list of questions/tasks for surveys, interviews, and testing for each of the 40+ UX domains the team evaluates all projects on.
