While leading design at Inspire11, my team consulting with Northern Trust, I led a team of researchers and designers through a comprehensive process of research and design. This involved conducting in-depth research interviews with IOO staff, executive stakeholders, and clients, followed by collaborative ideation sessions with subject matter experts to develop iterative concepts and wireframes.
Subsequently, we crafted visual designs aligned with Northern Trust's design system.

The framework we used to conduct research and design for Investment Outsourcing Operations was a pretty standard design thinking process.

Research & Design
We started our work by conducting several stakeholders and employee interviews. We then held a few co-creation workshops with employees and a few clients, where we created with the attendees, as well as validating our concepts.

Prototyping
As part of presenting to the clients, we created several prototypes of the experiences to
”show versus tell” the stakeholders and client sponsors. We iteratively presented and validated the experience with both SMEs and employees.
